Dear Beaver Creek Property Owner,
Beaver Creek is a unique place. Our mountains, streams, valleys and the variety and quality of our outdoor recreational activities make Beaver Creek one of the premier mountain resort communities in the world. The Beaver Creek Property Owners Association is dedicated to enhancing and protecting our beautiful Rocky Mountain home.
The BCPOA was founded in 1990 to represent the interests of Beaver Creek property owners regarding a proposed gondola joining Beaver Creek Village and Avon. During the last 23 years, we have continued to serve the needs of Beaver Creek property owners by working closely with the organizations and governmental agencies whose actions effect the quality of life and property values in our community, including: Vail Resorts; Beaver Creek Resort Company; Beaver Creek Design Review Board, Beaver Creek Metropolitan District; U.S. Forest Service; Town of Avon; Eagle County and Eagle River Water and Fire Protection Districts.
The BCPOA has taken the lead in projects such as: keeping “amusement rides” away from residential areas; reducing or eliminating “common assessments” from the Beaver Creek Resort Company; community fire safety and emergency evacuation programs; upgraded community transportation services; improved skier access and higher capacity ski lifts; and improved programming at the Vilar Center. The BCPOA is also active in community beautification projects such as The Children’s Fountain; Creekside Park; recreation enhancements; and social events such as the Annual Community Picnic, Vilar Center events and Annual Member Meeting Cocktail Party.
The BCPOA is a “not for profit” Colorado corporation which is managed by a Board of Directors – consisting of 30 Beaver Creek property owners. We welcome and encourage the involvement of our individual members. Please join with us to work for the betterment of the Beaver Creek community. Our annual membership dues are only $300.00, and you will be making a sound investment in your own property value, and the future of Beaver Creek.
